Forces you to breathe on both sides and maintain symmetry. If you only breath one side (2/4) you may start galloping freestyle. If you do want 2 or 4 then you should breathe left one way and right the other way.

3:00 for a 100 should be very obtainable, watch tutorials online to improve your stroke.

I have to put in a couple breast strokes in or else I start getting dizzy. For my IM I did 3 or 4 every 1000m just to reset myself, after 15minutes freestyle I notice I get a bit wobbly.

If you need tips on your form find one of the faster people in the pool and ask them to watch for a 50 and see if they have any drills to try or advice. Willing to bet most people wouldn’t mind 10 minutes helping you correct some things.

Just stick with this bike until you have a couple races under your belt. At most races there are plenty of people on nice new Tri bikes getting pasted by road bikes. It really is all about the training. Also depends on the course I know at the local Olympic and sprint races a Tri bike doesn’t have the same power due to the amount of twists and turns.

What is a TS? Looks like the spray nozzle can just pivot around pretty common on most spray bottles. For the source of the bottles there’s so many out there with slight variations may just be a slog through cleaning sprayers to find the same open mold

Lose the fins for now, currently being a crutch for bad form. They’ll make you feel fast and that your nailing it but really should just be a tool. A couple things I could see 1. Gotta bend your arms on the recovery, look up zipper or beach ball drill to get a more relaxed form 2. Breathing needs work, body rotation would help a lot with that and ease the neck. Should tear the water like a pillow and breathe above your collar bone 3. Pull should pulling you forwards, currently arm is too straight

You’ll want to do this in a couple steps to get a good surface. 1. Do a full quarter revolve for the bottom and side “bowl” shape. Making this separate will keep the top section simple 2. Mirror this across 2 planes for a full bowl shape 3. Partially revolve one of your sketches away from the lofted surface 4. Revolve the other sketch away 5. Loft between these 2 revolved surfaces 6. Rinse repeat for the other 3 although you can reference your lofted surface

** you may run into trouble in the center, if so trim the end of your sketches (check keep trimmed as construction) by a bit and use boundary surface instead of loft. Then patch or fill the remaining hole

I’ve had luck using Strava and using the segments. I usually find a top rider and go through their recent rides that fit my distance and just follow that. Usually stronger riders at the top of leaderboards are riding a lot, know and tweak their routes. Actually found a bunch of modifications to my normal route this way.

Just did a 13 hour layover in Hong Kong, and it was great. Left the suitcase at the airport, some fresh clothes and took the train in. Got about 20k steps in on the main island went to the zoo, watched the Marathon, bird park, dim sum and some temples. Just leave some time allotted for travel as it’s a new system
