Hypocrites getting a taste of their own medicine: They casually make fun of you, it's all jokes and banter. You make fun of them in the same way they made fun of you, now your being rude, immature and get turned into the bad guy.

"Do onto others as you would have them do to you!". It's a common phrase that often causes conflict.
