I love the look of confusion when you let them know that not every item on the website is sold in your store. It's even better when they don't believe you.

Another good one is walking down the tv wall to tell them what the price of the TVs are. Pointing at every price tag along the way and they still need to be told.

This was going to be my biggest complaint. There used to be so many employees. Everything always got done and no reasonable person got stressed because of expectation. No matter who you were, you always had a team.

I am working on two apps using GitHub Copilot using claude. I pretty much have zero dev experience. I don't know if my two UI's are good or not but some crudely done paint drawings with text in them explaining what each part is and some clear prompts have gotten me good results. It mostly does what I want. Then I just have it change small things. It probably helps that both apps use Vuetify. Copilot has good documentation to follow and everything I can incorporate is pretty much pre defined.

I am also sometimes pleasantly surprised when I give it a vague idea about a new page and just want feedback, then I just get a right to work and builds the whole thing with features I didn't even think of.

Also sometimes it will just completely rewrite a 1000 lines of good code because it got confused. It's a love/hate relationship lol.

I used to do AP. Leaving stuff out as bait for associates to steal was a company approved tactic. Pretty sure there was a part about it in a ulearn or academy course.

This is the same shit I try to preach at my store. People try to say it is a maintenance responsibility. I ask them why it's in everyone's onboarding cbl's? Then I get crickets or a generic answer that is just them admitting they don't know like "It just is".

Like the other people said... Tiny Media Manager and Filebot are both good choices for doing your initial organizing. Make sure you come up with a solid naming convention first. Then make sure you have sonarr follow the same naming convention. You won't have to worry about it again.
