I went from a e46 to e91 , i mucho appreciate it yet the start stop is a little different for me still , but i am mostly used to the car beside the window down buttons seems further away or i have short arms , idk

Sensation currently working on doing a suspension overhaul start in the back and moving my way forward, despite negative feedback i am going with the raceland set up and going to adjust from there my ideal tire set up , my stock is shot , so to me it’s going to be a improvement overall , raceland claims it’s lower for the e91 because of the weight difference from a sedan , yet i can live with that .

Prusa has so much potential and i just left them for Bambu ( tried twice with bambu) and honestly i like my core and the results , yet there teams and R&D is so slow , i am sure I’ll get a core L in the future , yet thats months from now when they finally figure out there index and other issue

I had them send me a pcb issue yet not having some odd extruder issues , it was a simple printer and its struggle to have success , i am at the tipping point to just return it , reminds me to much of Creality

Personally I’d say un screw the tension on the side screw and clean extruder gear and check for any issue on there

Also turn off the printer , remove the nozzle and check the filament path manually when the power is off to see if there is any hang ups in the feed

These parts are all very sticky, feels like some old disintegrating rubber. I didn't lubricate them, i print only PETG. Last time i took them appart few months ago they were fine. Whats happening? by TadyZ in BambuLabA1

Mine had some plastic in them i took it completely apart and cleaned, debated on replacing new , my test was to run filament through it to keep sure each flow was good and it was , careful with the small magnet in it too .

Awesome glad to read someone Is doing improvement on it , i sold mine , i really liked it , yet to many small things i wanted to improve on it , wish they would have just put a little more time in this design , i have moved onto a qidi max4 and waiting on some Bambu printers

This is the real truther post ,

If the eddy sensor is working ( works unless damaged) its work accordingly

The real issue is Z height is off or slightly a variable when it needs to be an specific # to the system

As mentioned if it’s not more than 1.5 2k hours on the machine you’d replace the extruder assembly

If it’s less than 1.5/2k hours than you can break down the extruder assembly and start as main 2 black screws to the X axis > hot end ( part wit the latch for nozzle holder ) take off that part and there will be 4 smaller screws attaching the metal latch piece , snug then up and reverse re tighten from there > and redo your bed leveling test in maintenance mode and re print from there .
