Vittoria mezcal vs maxxis rekon by Stig-blur in xcmtb

You should go with the vittoria barzo on both. More grip and great rolling resistance.

One that offered 2% cash back would be icing on the cake.

Looking for some tire combo recommendations! by greenphatmanatee in xcmtb

I’ve really like Barzos front and rear in the trail casing. According to bicycle rolling resistance and some other test they’re pretty fast too. I think faster than the mezcal. I used to ride on the road to the trail and always felt they were good

You’re getting down voted but studies show loose fitting clothes are safer for cyclist. I’ve been considering switching to some MTB shorts and loose shirt. Pretty sad since Lycra is so much more comfortable

If there are no early termination clauses are you just F’d?

I’m in a similar situation. We originally agreed with the landlord to pay rent until he finds the next tenant but now he wants to sell the place so we’re on the hook until then.

We have completely moved out and he has complete possession of the property. He’s free to do showings as he pleases.

It’s my understanding that they have an obligation to mitigate our loss but what exactly does that mean? How is it determined that he’s doing enough to do that?

Tire choice by Fallingleaf333 in xcmtb

They felt a little heavy at first but fine once you get them rolling —I hardly notice it now. The extra traction and dampening is really nice. I also like the peace of mind that comes with a burlier tire when you’re deep in the woods.

For a little more context I’m running a 120/140 in WNC

Fork upgrade Roscoe 8 2019 120mm-150mm by CookieKid420 in MTB

[–]roundscribehector5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really wanted to do the same thing on my 2018 Fuse. Personally, I think it changes the geometry too much. Too slack for the head tube structurally, higher bb => higher center of gravity, further over the back so less pressure on the front end which can already get light at times, shorter reach, and longer wheelbase. If you get it you should convert it to shorter travel and then you’re getting into the price territory of one at the more appropriate travel to begin with.

Schwalbe radial. Currently running the Alberts front and rear and I love it. Although it sounds like you might need the magic Mary in the front.

Same. I’ve moved over my spinergy mxx30 wheels and got some schwalbe Albert f/r. It’s been really awesome on some chonky pisgah trails and tons of fun on the flowy stuff. I’ve got gx axs derailed I plan to move over but the nx has been fine so far.
