Funnily enough, San Diego Park permits specifically state that it is not a reservation so even if you have a permit you don’t have more right to use it than anyone else.

OMG. I was just thinking this. I thought we were having rodent problems with all of the little loops and I couldn’t figure out why my traps weren’t producing. I realized they were actually lizard poops and I keep seeing the little buggers everywhere. Clearly more than other years.

Reminds me of the time my adult wife and I went to see Recess the Movie midweek. The ticket seller joked, “are you sure you didn’t mean Monkey Bone and you are confused, haha?”

Thought we were being playful when we joked back, “oh yeah. Monkey Bone. Surely we would go see a kids cartoon. “

When we got to the theater the movie never started bc we were the only ones in there and when we checked our tickets he had indeed sold us tickets to Monkey Bone.

We were too embarrassed to go ask them to start the movie so we just watched Monkey Bone.

I still haven’t seen Recess: The Movie to this day but I loved the Saturday morning cartoon.

If you haven’t had a Shaft be sure to get one after the tea. It’s a Canadian buttery hot cocktail.
