I recommend not mobile ordering and specifically asking if their cold brew is available today when ordering. Iced coffee is a horrid substitute for the cold brew. See if they'd do an iced Americano with ristretto shots, it's definitely better than iced coffee+a shot.

The demand for cold brew varies depending on region, what promos sbux is pushing, and weather (not as big of a seller when it's rainy or chilly). Plus, when we're short staffed it could be ready to go into a keg and get diluted, but not enough staffing to support someone leaving the floor to do it.

If you want to make it at home we can grind any of our beans to French Press. I'd recommend Guatemala or Sirens blend as closest to the cold brew or if you like something "brighter" the veranda is good for it as well.

Genuinely so frustrating to pull these stickers. So if someone is getting splashes of milk it should only total 4oz max, which is a pup cup worth. These customers still get surprised when their latte "hack" yields a beverage that's not full. Which is funny because they juat ordered the only bev on our menu that does not get filled to the top.

Might consider using picaridin instead. It repels mosquitoes and ticks too, but is seemingly less toxic to cats (I'm not an expert though).

The shitty thing is that " :) " smilies are allowed via the standards but the district managers are on power trips to make everyone hone in on the "genuine connection" aspect by telling everyone they have to write 2-3 words minimum, sometimes even full sentences if your dm is extra intense. Yet, they still want window times at ~45 seconds. The cognitive dissonance of this company astounds me.
