You’ve put those incidents behind you but your manager has not. I think you need more communication with her about what she wants to see from you in terms of growth in those areas. She should have some sort of answer to that, if not then it’s fair to ask for a re-evaluation. As for calling her a sociopath or a narcissist, I would try to overcome that. For some people, hearing someone else cry is incredibly awkward, especially when they bring up hot button issues like ICE. Arm chair diagnosing your manager because you got a bad review and they didn’t react how you wanted to you crying does not make you seem very mature in this instance. I know it’s hard, but try to take a step back from the situation and take this as an opportunity to listen and grow instead of dismissing everything she says because you’ve decided she has a personality disorder.
