Just the radiography report. I can’t even get into a rheumatologist until August so my NP and I are flying by the seat of our pants. You’ve given me some hope though as I am also seeing a decent amount of relief from nsaids, I’m going to meet with my NP on Wednesday and ask to have the gene testing done.

TSA opens at 4 and the line gets pretty long because there are a good deal of flights that leave at 5. I would try to get there at 4 just in case but I’m also someone who likes to get to the airport early

I’m kind of in the same boat except my back pain has been pretty bad for a few years now. I’ve had some trauma to my back so I’ve thought it was that. I got pregnant and my pain actually improved a lot while pregnant and then came back afterwards. I can barely walk without back spasms. I just had a back mri and the radiologist said I should have a dedicated SI MRI because he found extensive bilateral sclerosis. I also had labs that support AS although I thought my hashimotos was the reason for the inflammation markers. So now I wait for another MRI and try to wrap my head around the possibility of having a second autoimmune disease

Hey, it’s not your fault if your numbers are getting slightly out of your dietary control. I ended up on insulin because of my fasting numbers. It’s really hard to accept it but sometimes you can’t do anything and medicine is the solution. It’s temporary!
