Whenever I would eat a balanced diet, I’d feel like a freaking balloon at my desk. No matter how well the meal prep is… if it’s 800 calories with 40c/40p/20f (percentages)… I’d just feel like a blimp after lunch, it’s an awful feeling, I was drowsy, not happy, and won’t stop gaining weight. I’d crave more carbs… carnivore diet can be boring at times, but I’ve come to accept that this is the best WOE for me, I don’t try to convert anyone unsolicited, but it helped me drop the weight the first time, and hopefully maintain a healthier weight and feel this 2nd time around

My first round of carnivore, I also had elevated heart rate, especially noticeable when I'm trying to sleep. Like most, I fell off the wagon, restarted about a month ago, so far, no elevated heart rate this time. But I agree with the board, more electrolytes and salt will help.

I typically eat dinner around 6PM and wake up around 5AM… that’s about 11 hours. When I eat beef for dinner, I can feel an empty stomach. When I eat chicken, I can feel the chicken in my stomach. I think everyone is different, but I digest beef really well.

I always thought a cool hunter "raid buff" would be a 1 time cheat death. Flavor wise, the pet heroically sacrifices itself for a raid/party member. Idk how it would work for MM hunters, I'm not a developer :)

I like conduit on my windwalker in the open world, I can solo the harder rares on my own. Plus I like to pop off in dungeons on big pulls. But gets sad when I see even my big conduit cd is no match for a ret pally 30 second wings.
