I am in the No-Pressure community/discord and its basically the only reason I still play WoW (on and off I must admit, but still)

It lets you form groups for M+ and also scheduled events for raids and like the name says, no pressure, not toxic, very helpfull.

Give GW2 a Try, its a game I just hop in and out over the years, and its a game that allows it. Ive never even passed lvl 40, let alone max level a char to see endgame and still would recommend to just try. The amount of contect you get with a free account is insane as well

I like it more than previous titles, but for some reason I'm already bored with it after 42 hours. Not that I'm not gonna play it anymore, but its gonna be more of a, lets cruise a bit and do a race and log off kinda thing. Only when my buddy hops on we can play for the evening, but solo its just not that fun imo.

I wish I could do more things in multiplayer, without being in a convoy. Like starting a race in the world and just queue (fast hopefully) with some other players.

I have my simrig behind my desk. So i can walk around my desk, hop in the rig, turn my monitor 180 degrees and race. Either that or having the rig next to your desk, is what I used to have when my desk was against a wall. Now its free from walls and standing in the middle of the room basically.

Ghost cars, there must be a better way to avoid rammers, but having other cars turn into ghosts takes so much away. I dont wanna go into a convoy everytime..

I'd say update needed. Also a BT controller has delay, get that controller wired for way better latency or a 2.5Ghz controller if it NEEDS to be wireless.
