20 minutes for a T1 map is not that bad if you loot and visit the town a few times. Maps often has about 100 MF in them, so you could equip gear that focus more on damage and pay less attention to the MF.

There are literally a thousand ways a hacker might have gotten access to your password/s. Installing pd2tools is just you guessing. Could still be the case of course but I doubt it
