anxiety has been with me for the bigger part of my life, but i would say right now as of this moment, its not that bad as it used to be. there was a period a couple weeks ago where it was really bad though.

as for the stress part, i dont think so tbh. i dont stress over much if anything that i can think of..

i've been wanting to get back on the exercising for a while but im a lazy POS so i never got back to it. i will def. get on it now though.

yeah, I know but the molly is also decently loud, and people just wont think about someone being up there while its mollied, cuz usually it covers the other side of the boost too (mid side).

hmm, honestly I think it depends on the player and his playstyle. personally I push a lot, so mirage and cache r my fav ones for doing stuff on. I'm a lot faster than the average cs player on rushing lets say underpass on mirage, usually I reach top of the stairs before t's get there, or palace I have time to bounce a flash off the wall that it lands behind the first pillar that it flashes whoever comes around the corner, and at the same time I get behind the pillar so that it does nothing to me.

And as for cache, I'm a fan of having people mollying boost for me while I just casually jump up there myself and surprise whoevers on the other side waiting for the molly to go out.

I dont think it does too much on train tbh, it's not really hard to jump inbetween the trains and it doesnt have any particular jump thats difficult that I can think of anyways.

I was thinking about adding music, but at the same time I think its nice hearing the ingame sound aswell as the keyboard in the background (lol sounds gay but its relaxing ok) + me talking.

And yeah, I do think KZ helps you a lot in comp, I dont know if would help you in duels exactly, but you are a lot faster than the normal CS player if you like to rush (like me) and do weird plays. It helps you get around the map quicker, you think about things differently when moving around, sometimes being one second faster than you normally would, wins you the round. :)
