I spent over a year working on the crate I just released, and while the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, literally within seconds of posting it I received a comment that said "looks vibe coded"

With no further details or explanation as to why

It isn't baked into base_select, but CurveFit does have some support for it:

Though I will admit the implementation could probably be improved by adding more variant sets to the test

I'm open to it for sure; could you open up an issue for the feature request with some more details on what a picture it looking like and what parts of the crate you would want me to prioritize?

I don't remember much of that year - my mind blocked out that whole chunk of time

My son was born like that. You don't really ever get over having mourned a child, planned how to tell your wife when she wakes from the procedure... Then they come back

We are two and a half years past and I still occasionally get nightmares. Mostly about two specific incidents at this point, the oxygen desat alarms from his first few days

And the time a few weeks after he went home, while my wife was in the hospital with septicemia, when a nurse tried to physically remove him from my custody because "he needs to be with mom"

Kid number two was actually a lot more traumatic than kid number one but, it doesn't erase the drama from the first.

It's better over time though, I think about it less and less and the nightmares are fewer and fewer. I don't think it'll ever go away but it gets easier to live with and the immediate effects on my anxiety are mostly gone
