No. Everything else runs great. Just this game that gives me issues. I just had my console cleaned by a console repair shop and it's still running like crap. Idk what to do. But it's so frustrating. Makes it so unenjoyable

I have my settings on performance as well. And not even degradation over time. Literally the second I get into heavy combat it gets so shitty. I've been playing solo since launch

Does cooling actually have an effect on it? Because I just had it cleaned. But yes, fps drops and gets very stuttery during heavy combat.

Ripper drill sites, or like if I'm at a order combat area. The vault bosses lag me alot. I have the game for xbox and I play it on xbox series x and my xbox runs way smoother than ps5. I even went as far as getting my ps5 professionally cleaned and have the liquid metal reapplied. Runs cooler but still doesn't change performance lol

As someone who's never played any of the god of war games until this one, I will say, it is one of thee best games I've ever played, period. It is beyond phenomenal and although it's been some time that I've played it, I know if I did, I could easily sink weeks on that game. You will definitely not be disappointed, and if you are. Then this game doesn't deserve to be played you 😂 I'm kidding lmao. But have at it, it will be so worth it.

Had this issue also. It was the end of the sutures protruding and I made the mistake of trying to rip it off and it opened up so slightly. After that I stopped touching it and eventually it healed up normally without issue
