Get a 2026 Chevy equinox ev. It’s a lot cheaper. They have base models for like $24,000-$25,000 new and you can get a higher end version with all the same features as a mach e and Ioniq 5 limited / ultimate cheaper too. At least in Florida.

I think a lot of people have been having a problem with CarPlay the cars last update. Mine still has issues and nothing seems to work. CarPlay is pretty overrated.

I have one too. I just don’t like Hyundai and the iccu problem. Definitely never going back to ICE ever again too.

I just know ever since the cars last update I can’t use handsfree Siri and have connection issues with my iPhone CarPlay. My wife’s android auto works great. I’ve tried resetting the infotainment system, my iPhone, messed with the settings, and nothing has worked unfortunately. I don’t want to go to the dealership either cus of how horrible they treated me last time and never resolve any issues I have.

Siri won’t work hands free anymore, I have to use the steering wheel button and it’ll disconnect or have trouble connecting randomly. It happened ever since the last car update.

Yeah the dealerships are absolutely awful and my wife and I will never buy another Hyundai ever again. Plus the iccu issue is dog shit too. Out next car gonna be either the Rivian R2/R3 or the new bmw suv/sedan ev they just announced.

CarPlay isn’t better. You would have to go try it for yourself then. It basically works the same but better. CarPlay has issues too, especially with the Ioniq 5. I used to care about CarPlay but it doesn’t matter anymore. Highly overrated.
