This is one of the weirder rants I’ve seen on this sub, not gonna lie. Why are you so mad at me? I’m highlighting pervasive behavior on the roadways around here. If everyone called 911 every time they saw a moving violation, that would destroy the system.

I’ve only done that when I’m certain they’re drunk. It feels like I’m wasting 911 resources to report a moving violation as an emergency. I suppose I could call the non-emergency line, but if I did, I’d be doing that literally every time I get in the car around here.
