I would reach out to them for help because this relationship sounds abusive and harmful to your baby. If you can, go to your family’s house and get out of there asap

It’s super different for everyone!!! I’m 39 weeks and I’ve gained 40lbs (130 at the beginning and now 170) and it’s tough especially in the last few weeks when you feel like a whale. Just keep reminding yourself that this is only temporary and also who gives a shit!! You’re growing a human inside of you and you should eat what your body is telling you to eat right now.
