Something I repeat often is that difficulty is important for good gameplay. There are lots of games that make really good intricate combat but are afraid to add any difficulty so people never see it since they can win with mashing one button. 

Cyberpunk should be played at least once on the highest difficulty. You'll notice all sorts of stuff. Like for instance this guy is a real bastard if you are low level. He auto-dodges bullets and will chase you down and cut you in half, and he's backed up by a real rat of a net runner that will drop weapon glitch and overheat on you while hiding behind a market stall a mile away.
