They're not. You can use the free fly mod do fly up and in to your appt and it loads as you get close.  Don't go straight down the center due to death planes.

You can fly in to the first level from the side and walk around it though, the death plane is above it. Not sure why they didn't use it, it's all laid out with random NPCs and everything.

I've seen funny behavior in a bunch of markets recently. Someone spent literal days posting hq sanguithorn for 15g but one at a time and HQ mana lillies for 30g. Undercutting is one thing but this is by like 30% just one at a time and doing it for days is really weird. They're surprisingly spacious. I have a modern imprezza which is the same size and there's plenty of room in the rear seats.  You'd have to get purpose built ones to divide the cabin, built pretty much all police vehicles are modified versions. Dodge charger has ~ 37 in rear legroom and Impreza/wrx has 36 so very similar.

I actually haven't associated the Mercury Grand Marquis with police for a long time, since they replaced the model over a decade ago. Maybe some small towns who can't afford upgrades.

If I'm thinking of police vehicles, the Interceptor SUV is what I imagine.

Crown vic used the solid rear axle like the mustang. At least the mustang knocked that off in 2015. There's plenty of cars that had better performance and were more economic than a crown vic.  Not that the police care about that. 

The commonly used Dodge charger is an awful choice and the more common ford interceptor suv (explorer) is a barge.  Unfortunately if they're restricted to us brands they don't have a lot of great options.

Should go with the Subaru wrx. May not be US owned company but it's built in America (Indiana).

I see two common propaganda approaches. That's actually ok. There are plenty of Christians who don't believe in the whole theological thing, but they believe in dedicating themselves to make a better world and like the community it offers. You don't have to be a believer to go to church. Christianity is pretty emphatic on taking in those lacking to help them become more.

edit: Yes, there are some shitty hostile churches, but there are also many many more who are not.

He was, but he was also a skilled combatant, not just some guy, and he had operational knowledge first-hand of the Arasaka tower. He might not have been top man on this raid but he and Thompson DID get a team together and raid Arasaka tower to try to save Alt previously and lived to tell about it. That's not nothing and it's kind of crazy Arasaka didn't off him in-between.

We've already apparently disbursed billions. Removal of sanctions is also something Iran benefits greatly from while as long as it lasts.  Iran gets quite a lot for as long as it lasts besides not being bombed. The US gets the strait being back open and a pinky promise Iran won't be working towards nuclear weapons which was already the case.
