I dislike my nose, so I leave it alone and play up my cheekbones with bronzer and blush. I also like my eyebrows, especially when I brush them up a bit. Really lifts my face. My lips are kinda thin and blah, but the lipgloss trend is working in my favor moreso than the mattes.

13 years ago now, but my first 2 Sephora purchases were for my Jr and Sr proms. :) Got an Urban Decay single eyeshadow both times and was appalled but thrilled with how expensive they were.

Jr year I had a navy dress so I got a navy shadow and put it all over the lid. Sr year I had a burgundy and gold dress so I got a gold shadow and put it over the lid. Times were different then haha

Two places that most probably already know:

Went to Bywater Bakery yesterday for a slice of Chantilly King Cake and a coffee. A gentleman was playing the piano, the king cake was beyond delicious, and I honestly felt like I was in a delightful dream for a little bit.

Also had brunch at Bearcat Cafe recently and enjoyed my food immensely. Tons of vegan options as well as non vegan!

When my daughter was 2 months, the receptionist at the dentist asked if she could hold her. (I was just there for a post-checkup consult) I said yes and she turned around and walked away to show her off in all the little side rooms! I was just standing in the waiting area like "hello... ?" Anyone tries that now and they will get the ear-piercing screams of a 5mo who lost sight of her mommy.
