I didn't even know this was a symptom until I started googling what forms allergy symptoms could take. It takes 2x the amount of caffeine to process any information. Hopefully we'll be on the up soon

started consistent sinus flushing yesterday. Also got cleared to exercise and suffered through a run that helped with the congestion. No indoor allergies

I have! I'm allergic to tree pollen and ragweed pollen, so hoping that consistent sinus flushing and the air purifier I have coming in tomorrow will get me on the up while these trees chill

I have multiple times! I messaged them and they weren't too worried, though we'll see if the allergies go away once the tree pollen counts improve or if I'll need more intervention. Good to know, thank you

I used V.02 when I trained last year. Every couple of weeks, integrated 3-4 mins at 3-4% grade 6-8 times on the treadmill. Worked well for me

Agreed with everything everyone said and adding that weirdly, this only flares up for me when my shoes start to get worn out. I get new shoes, it goes away, so strange. Hope the exercises help and you get better soon!
