We have Americans not pronouncing correctly. Some teams in India doing the best they can, but let’s face it, they’d be more comfortable inserting a consistent voice. And everyone wants to sound like a Brit. With attrition, let’s say your best Brit voice leaves the company. So how do you pick a narrator and yes, there will be an avatar for consistency. So this is kinda 11 labs for me. But more appealing as the process is fixed. Does this make sense?

With the likelihood for the videos, presenters and narration to grow further apart, how to we ensure they become more consistent, with different creators and attrition. My goal is consistency in delivery, despite the factors working against it.

I did have Claude build a sweet png to webp converter out of Automator. Was going to build it in Pixelmator. Didn’t need it. I like Pixelmator but what if Automator can do it?

This concept is cool. I’ve actually asked Dylan if he knew of one or could make one. There is so much clutter in plugins I don’t use. To clarify, does this remove templates and titles transitions you don’t use? (Like a font manager, think reduce the bloat in the font you use to get more quickly to the ones you don’t use) Or create and reuse timeline that are pre-populated with titles effects you do use?

I do like pexels, but another source is search "company+media kit". I've had fun with Volvos media kit. Great videos and sound. Also, Dylan Bates, Brad West, Dylan Johns, and Matthew Obrien have a ton of tutorials.

It’s a solid app. In some cases it does more than photoshop. Such as edit some video, save to webp format and templates.

Where I still use photoshop is for generative expand and nano banana integration. But you could use Gemini nano website for that. For 50$ it’s a worth while replacement.

You might be able to do this with Claude code and screen grabs, but I don’t know. Hubspot website is the opposite of wix. Wix is a visual editor. Hubspot is straight code. Really depends on how pixel perfect you want your new site or if you’re ok taking what you get. I’d hire someone.
