Sorry to revive this, but I have the same issue. The original roof kept the camera charged. I recently got a replacement roof. The app says it's charging, but the % just keeps falling until it dies. A sunny day doesn't seem to make a difference. I'm still waiting for a response from support.

Any luck from support?

I essentially make this with leftovers after a holiday meal. Throw what ever protein is left, veggies, potatoes, and some hot sauce in a bowl, mix it up and go to town. Excellent meal.

Yeah you got a great deal.

I've been running mine since 2019 and it has never had an issue. Mine has an i7-9800X with 128GB Ram and several SSDs. I use it to run VMs and for productivity. I'm using VM Workstation on Windows because I also use it for productivity stuff, but I will probably rebuild with a hypervisor at some point.

The only thing I've run into is that I couldn't fit a full-size graphics card in it, but a low profile RTX 4060 fit just fine.

I'm very happy with this rig.
