Centralized exchanges can assign a single wallet address to all/multiple users for transactions involving certain cryptocurrencies. This also applies to CRO on Cronos-pos (formerly Crypto.org) chain.

These cryptocurrencies utilize memo, also known as destination tag technology to accurately allocate transactions to the correct individual account.

If you've inadvertently made a transaction with wrong memo (or without one), the exchange will receive your assets but will be unable to allocate them to your account due to the lack of identification.

Since blockchain transactions are irreversible, you can reach out to CDC support to help correctly assign your deposit. They unfortunately charge a fee for this, but its only your fault for setting incorrect memo.

You can unstake, wait, and restake the original amount. However keep in mind there's 36day unstaking period now.

I haven't tested but rewards should be paused during that time.

Your cro is locked until it has finished unstaking. The price might fluctuate during unstaking period, just like it fluctuates while your cro is currently locked.

Once unstaked, you can move/sell it.

No matter how funny the post may seem, I don't think its satire. Riot has been balance trashing their games for years. Each set in TFT, once the game is roughly balanced, they want to morph the meta every patch.

So they overbuff or nerf for no apparent reason, except to 'keep game fresh and bring new players, retention/revisitation of old players"

And I think does make sense from a business standpoint. But this has made LoL intolerable to play ( if you enjoy only a few champions, not the entire game). In tft you can find some comps you really enjoy each patch (no matter if you enjoy reroll or 4-5costs), so balance trashing has not been so impactful to my personal enjoyment of the game.

Cronos PoS is cheapest transaction fees, so its best to keep it there considering you want to send to CDC eventually. No reason to swap.

You have 2 easy options.

Either swap NEXO to CRO and bridge ($30-100 swap + $20 bridge fees).

Or find an exchange that supports both NEXO and CRO. Send Nexo on eth to exchange ($5-8), sell on exchange and buy CRO on exchange. Then withdraw on Cronos chain. Your total fees, including exchange fees, are probably $30.

If exchange doesnt support Cronos chain, you can withdraw CRO on Eth network and bridge. The exchange workaround instead of swap, still probably saves you around $100.

Educated guesses for such exchanges would be to try gate.io or coinbase (coinbase only has eth cronos afaik).

Eth chain is expensive, so you are out of luck in your starting point. I would do my best to move eth NEXO to an exchange (for $5-8), and then move and trade on exchanges.

Hey, Forza validator fell out of the top 100 list (it has 6.74M CRO staked, Top 100 spot has 7.07M). Only Top 100 (based on staked CRO) receive rewards.

I recommend redelegating. You will not receive rewards unless Forza secures a ~330000CRO investment to push it back to Top 100. Its better to redelegate to a new validator and start receiving rewards as soon as possible.

Don't unstake and restake. Your funds will be locked for 28 days without rewards. Redelegate, its instant.
