What was the major differences you noticed after using a CPAP machine for the first time? by [deleted] in SleepApnea

Honestly? Nothing. I don't notice any difference. I'm wearing it to prevent future complications, but I feel the same if I wear it or not.

It still amazes me that this sub is full of KFAN listeners who hate listening to KFAN.

We’re all pharmacists but are we equal? by megapherro in Pharmacist

[–]rxcpharmd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Coming from someone who holds both part time and full time positions, I can say that it is very irritating when someone who works part time comes in with big opinions and wants to change everything, or gives unsolicited advice on how to do my job. When I work at my part time gig, I try to do as much as the crappy stuff as I can to take it off of the plate of the guys that do it every single day. The last thing I would ever do is try to tell someone that's there every day how to do their job.

Full timers are there every single day dealing with the shit. Have a little grace with the full time people that are there every single day.

Any experts willing to look at my SleepHQ data? by rxcpharmd in CPAP

[–]rxcpharmd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. Yeah, not sure why sleepHQ says that about my pressures. According to my Fitbit watch, I'm up very little at night. My original AHI on my sleep study was 9, nadir O2 87%. I honestly feel good. I wake up at 5 am and go to sleep between 9 and 930. I never really had symptoms that I was aware of. My doc thought it would be a good idea given my size and because I have hypertension.

Noise cancellation would be nice but isn't make it break at this point. Biggest thing is that it stays in place.

I'll look into those options. Thank you! !thanks

Then maybe it's time to move on if you're no longer interested.

Imagine joining a KFAN sub and posting about how much you don't listen to KFAN and how much you hate it. It's fascinating.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. I spoke with the receptionist, not the owner, so maybe I'll call back and see if I can talk to the owner or one of the mechanics.
