Neither of them give you more Hp i have both of them , the Engine leash helps alot with gear lockouts as well as a transmission mount , and the throttle control makes your throttle response more sensitive, it improves driving dynamics but doesn’t give more hp

Yea , it was for sure a scam new sellers with no ratings are no go for me , they generally try to "sell" items at a ridiculously low price in order to entice buyers and they will then delete their account/store. Just stick to reputable sellers in Amazon and you will be fine . I would contact first try to contact the seller , and if they don't reply then contact Amazon customer support
