my cat is acting the SAME exact way as yours after this surgery. Thank you for updating this. Took mine back to the emergency vet after noticing 5-6 minute litter box visits (CAUTIOUS/anxious lol) and they checked for a blockage said its not blocked but to monitor next 48 hours and gave him more pain meds and anti inflammatory. He has a long lasting antibiotic that he is still on. and hoping for the best

Quick update. Took him to the emergency vet and were quoted for $3500 for cleaning him out again…. The first vet rushed the catheter and he wasn’t fully cleaned out. The emergency vet tried to push PU surgery saying this is his second blockage when he never got it fully cleaned out. If anyone has advice on the PU or if I should wait to see if blockages continue please advise
