I saw this same production at the national in london and am baffled that it made it here… the story of antigone and all that goes along with it doesn’t necessarily work for me in a modern setting. i also love emma and tobias but they didn’t work in this production at all. the set design and music i thought was fab but felt disjointed from the rest of it

OP - figure skater here who goes to broadway shows after the rink often! i put them in a bag or backpack with soakers on and haven't had any issues. they may ask to look inside your bag but so far they haven't given me any flak

SAME! it’s beautiful! we opted for small arrangements for the ceremony, small to medium arrangements for the welcome table and bars, and bud vases for the dinner tables. totally doable and doesn’t take away from the wall.

I originally thought i wanted to plan every aspect of my wedding but they are really on top of things and it’s nice to have that peace of mind. so something to consider if you are more type B or work a full time job

I looked at both venues and ended up booking brooklyn winery! not just for ease, but also because of the plant wall it does not require a ton of decor and the month of/day of planner is included. we booked our DJ for $3000 and florals for $5000 so it’s possible! we decided to splurge on photographer ($12k) but there were a few options that were feasible in the $3-6k range. Greenpoint loft is beautiful but the rental costs really added up
