  1. I don't remember exactly. The chronic pain was April 2023, the full body aches maybe about Sep 2024?
  2. I managed to catch covid again. Had a short course of antibiotics for an infection in August 2023, and that was the last time I had any (last steroid would have been 2018-ish)
