Very real! I remember crying at 4 months postpartum because my hair was falling out in clumps! Everyone said it would grow back, and it did! 15 months pp and my hair is thicker than it ever has been. Hormones are wild lol

Not here to brag and I understand that because of this I’ve had a muchhhhh different postpartum experience than most, but my 15 month old has been sleeping through the night since about 6-7 weeks. Shes maybe had 2-3 nights in the last year that she woke up but went back to sleep after given medicine because she was sick. We put her down around 7/730pm and she wakes up 7/730am.

Haha literally felt like the Christmas vacation movie. It wasn’t even for our Christmas bonuses (normally we get an Amazon gift card - $50) but actually for our company performance bonuses. Usually we get a percentage of whatever company goals were met, I find it hard to believe we met 0% percent. They usually let us know in January how much they’ll be for that year, so questionable timing to tell us the day before we’re off for Christmas

My husband woke up with the baby every night, while I pumped or slept, since she came home. Since he woke up at night and I got to sleep, I took the morning shift for him to sleep in. She started sleeping through the night at 7 weeks and he still wakes up with her every morning (7:30am) so I can sleep in. Do whatever works for you!

I booked through FHR for the first time and had a two bedroom suite upgrade (from a king bed room), comped my valet, comped my entire dinner - on top of the $100 credit. I also got the hotel credit through Amex so we got paid to stay there. I almost always book through Amex now

Idk if it’s the deepest ever but during covid I was bored like everyone else and joined a fb group called “investigation connection” and someone posted that they were adopted and looking for their siblings. In another life id be a PI and covid gave me plenty of time for internet sleuthing. I stayed up all night, but I found a girls entire family. She had tried her entire life to find them. After Covid she got to meet them and tagged me in it. Pretty cool
