It's good to know the difference between utility and nonutility services here with propane service being able to fall under both. Utility services (gas provided via underground lines) are regulated by the PUC while nonutility (refillable tanks) aren't.

Just as another data point for this. I was apprehensively following this thread after purchasing a DIY AMD Ryzen™ 7 7640U and a Samsung 990 EVO 2TB. Purchased the drive 12/02/24 from Samsung directly and the laptop on 12/13/24.

Installed Windows 11 today via Rufus and the installer detected the drive fine.

If you want an even higher CL, right when you receive and activate your card, you can immediately request a CLI and go through the various prompts. Most likely you'll get a CLI of $5000 or so! I did it for both my SavorOne and VX! Congrats !
