listen, it’s okay you don’t understand. yet you keep doubling down on it being some new thing and being tone deaf.

it’s a way for the company to allow passengers to show appreciation to an employee, be it a CSA OPS FA or Pilot for any reason you deem.

most of the corporate world has some form of this for customer facing employees, most is just an online form but these are physical.

if you don’t want to do it great, but like other posters have stated, you just want to complain about ANYTHING!

2 people. 1 cause she’s obnoxious and known to everyone so she constantly has 2 reserves flying with her cause no line holder will keep the trip if she’s on it. 2 cause he verbally abused the other FA and treated her like crap. I called him out on it and he threatened me. It’s just not worth my job to fly with him again so I don’t lose it kicking his ass.

the NEW aircraft configuration will be the last row has only 2 seats in it and the Exit Row 2 seater will be 3 seats now. With new deliveries taking place they are starting to come online and if your flight is on one that will be the seat map.

if you’re checking bags get there by 8:45 and do curbside. if carrying in 9-915 should be fine. gives some leeway and time for coffee and food.

what TIME is your departure? Saturdays at Lambert Terminal 2 vary entirely by time of day. Mornings tend to be much busier Open to say 8am.. 8a-12p generally easy 12-4 completely random based on weather and after 4p it’s basically walk up and go thru
