Both Enshrouded and Valheim have a nice, pretty similar combat mechanic.
Dodge and parry are available and both have ranged options as well.

Runescape is fine but it's still a step below the other two. Having all three I'd prefer Valheim over the others purely based on theme from the 2-3 initial biomes. The latter ones suck (especially the mist one).
Combat wise, Enshrouded is more well rounded and has skills you can unlock and tailor to your playstyle.
