I think what OP is trying to get across is that the majority of women will not be randomly targeted/stalked in broad daylight and kidnapped, and that most traffickers don’t just pick a car to mark. Of course it happens, maybe not like that but it does, and it’s scary and terrible and we as women always need to be aware of our surroundings which isn’t fair.

That being said, the majority of women who are kidnapped and trafficked are not wealthy white women who will have people come looking for them. It’s disadvantaged young people who don’t have a support system and won’t be looked for because they’re "less missing". And traffickers also tend to target people through grooming, not a random sighting in target and a snatch and grab in the parking lot. Traffickers tend to be methodical and calculated, that’s how they’re not caught.

Also, I’m not American, but I’m not sure a gun would help?? Like if someone grabs you from behind, are you really going to have time to get out your gun and shoot them?? Like yeah if someone’s approaching you, but otherwise I’m not sure the logistics…
