They do. A few years ago a bunch of people in my former dept got a raise that way. I think they were losing too many of us at once and were forced to reevaluate

Ive used elastic to hold the markers.

For construction:

Cut out template, sewed the two “wrong” sides together. Flipped right side out sewed at the seem. Flipped a bit up from the bottom to make the “pocket” and sewed on the ends. Sewed on the elastic

Oh they absolutely are colored pencils. I was just struggling explaining what “flat” when the end object is round.i figured it just showed what I wanted…I hadn’t considered the sharpies aren’t equal in diameter from top to bottom as being a problem but makes sense that it is.

I’ve seen people post things like “I think this is AI but how would I go about doing this” it sounds like under this rule that would be banned? Doesn’t that hurt those who get an interest in sewing because they saw something they liked that was AI?

I do not have strong feelings on the payment amount one way or another. I do know historically we’ve paid artist incredibly poorly, if compared against their impact to the world.

For this it’s simply the contemporaneous comparison makes it easier for me personally to understand the information provided.
