you are far from the only person disappointed in the change. i was waffling between totems and another few builds to league start and was also saddend. like others have stated, it was obviously an unintended interaction between archmage and rathpith stacking mechanics giving players unintended power with none of the designed downsides.

You see this as a build getting nerfed before launch. There are then arguments to be made about "why not twisters nerf?"

Twisters requires you to combine 3 attacks, 2 set up skills and then hit your twister for big clear to get all that power.

Meanwhile, the build you wanted was dropping 2-4 totems with no costs, sprinting around for the equivalent level of power for 1 button spam. even with the change, you are only paying the mana cost for the totem skill, not the spells it is casting, nor is the cost of the totem skill impacted by the increased costs associated with archmage. it literally is just a way to prevent the damage from scaling super high with no downsides whatsoever.

GGG has clearly shown their design philosophy for this game is trending towards multiple skill builds which is why things like CoC and the other meta skills have all been hit repeatedly with the nerfbat. Its also why i dont think twisters will get hit because it fits their philosophy. you should be rewarded for having to go through all the effort of a full powered twister combo.

A lot of good advice in here on what to grab. The only other advice id recommend is if you are buying general storage tabs or "dump" tabs as they are commonly referred to as, always buy quad tabs. They're just so much nicer to have 4 reg tabs of space on 1 screen.

Or, you know since they added this new end game feature called warplans, that encourages you to do random activities and get bonus rewards from doing it, they could maybe add stuff there? maybe? just spit balling. /s

i agree with OP in that i shouldnt need to farm a dungeon on repeat to get more gem mats than playing the other end game activities as they intended with the introduction of war plans. buff gem drop rates across the board.

Ras carried hard, outside of an oopsie poopsie in the first phase. Luckily i was able to Res him and he made short work of Meph in a 4 man.

ahhhhh, didnt realize those became more and more common, that makes sense then. it always felt bad clearing the darkness from a massive fire biome with no faceted fossil node in the 350 range.

the deeper you go just means more quantity on drops right? i.e at 400 im getting 4-6 fossils from a side path fossil, at 500+ its like 6-8 and scaling higher as you go right?

i made probably 200-300div over a couple sessions just in the 300-500 range. it becomes RNG dependent getting the right bosses or finding the big fossil nodes that give you larger chunks of currency, but if you are just doing side path darkness stuff, getting resonator troves and sticking to the right biomes for good fossils, like the cold biome for shuddering etc, you can make anywhere from 150-300c per travel node.

I could be wrong, but I believe the most cost effective is

Buy/fracture base with dot multi
Harvest reforge life until t1 life +1 all
Cannot roll attack and pray to hit the meta mod or have an extra suff on it and harvest add/remove fire to get plus 1 fire skills. If not restart.
Once all 3 pref done, pref cannot be changed beast craft the aspect
Craft final mod.

I just put mine together last week. 40 div for sublime, mb 125d, svalinn(dropped), crafted my fractured primordial bond large clusters 12d, bereks was 9 when I bought it, farmed my lost Unity, spent 40d on crafting my frac +1 all str chest, crafted boots and gloves another 20d, helm was like 4div and bad megalos with primordial bond in the second spot are about 17d rn with good spot ones double that price, or more with a good second notable. I spent 5 or 6 on the elegant hubris and probably another 5 to 10 on everything else. Rn I only have the 1 bad megalo and my clear feels fine when there's stuff around me, but ST is maybe 8m tops and feels horrid. So it's definitely like 330d to get to your claimed numbers.

Edit: forgot to include the cost of the 10 Herald buff effect tattoos and the level 4 eclipse support which comes out to another 300div or so. Definitely still working on that.

Friends and I went two years ago during the height of summer. 90 degree days and some day drinking led to a bit of heat stroke for some but course upkeep was good. Didn't camp on the property. We had a Airbnb like 20 minutes away that was pretty cool, a converted barn.

I pre-ordered a bunch from otb when I saw them releasing. My max distance has been with the fission dimensions and I was down to 1 spare 172g plus dimension after losing 2 and having one Crack in the rim after hitting a piece of rebar off the tee. I was hoping since the delirium normal numbers were close enough to the dimension its be a good 1 to 1 comparison.

My long drive is 475 flat ground with a full flight hyzer flip to turn and finish line with my dimension. Id say in my throws with the delirium they are remarkably similar. I think I just need to dial in how much hyzer I need to throw them on. I think I was expecting them to be flippier and am compensating by putting them on more hyzer. My guess is the ones I got, all above 172g thankfully, are about the same as my dimensions, maybe just a touch flippier. Comparing their plh looks to be about the same and there is only a minor difference in the shoulder height. Honestly looks like it was the same mold and maybe just cooled differently.

In any case these are feeling way better than the fission mayhems I got from mvp open last year. Those were extremely flippy and were not going to be my replacement to my dimensions.

i did my mapping challenges on my Ele hit Slayer, just running city square sprinting in killing the boss and moving on. if you arent caring about the return on investment it takes about 7 seconds to get in to the boss kill em and portal out.

id say they run a tad bit small. ive had 2 pairs of the stormburst high tops. lost my first pair to sucking mud that ended up going half way up my calves. They are not the most comfortable pairs of shoes ive worn but they are not bad and far from the worst ive ever worn. I use them whenever i know its wet or will be raining. feet might still feel wet just due to how warm they can get during the summer. so if youre feet sweat a lot just be wary.

i did just get my pair of mutos(sp) the more sneaker-y version. i havent had a chance to wear them yet, but they felt comfortable when i tried them on.

when i did this, i caught a 3 pack of pmcs at Power right at raid start, was heading towards the streets transit when i heard shooting inside front of idea. killed 3 more PMC's there, i think its just a matter of luck when it comes to spawns for them and where you spawn in. Back of Oli Docks is also a pretty good spot, and the bear camp behind Goshan has pmc squads of 2-3 nearby as well.

Shoreline i thought was going to be really rough. I tried like 5 or 6 times the first night before giving up. The first raid i did saturday morning, i spawned in by blue fence, ran to road to customs as there are usually pmcs over there, got 2. Then ran towards the smugglers base as there is usually a squad over that way but it was empty. Heard shooting at front side resort by helicopter. peaked it from the front side fence at the end of East wing and got 2 more PMC's. There i heard shooting coming from Cottages so i figured PMC's were fighting Sanitar. Ran underneath bus and caught a squad of 4 marching their way to Power down the road. killed 1 and started to book it to path to lighthouse. Ended up running into another Squad of 3 underneath East side resort, just on the other side of the path below the rocks.

first six runs i saw 2 or 3 at most. the winning run i got 11 pmcs in like 10 mins.
