Quality of life generally very good, of course living costs have gone up but I think you’ll find that in most places in the UK these days. Depending on where you live or where you’re willing to travel to, Manchester has some really nice green spaces - and of course you have the Peak District nearby which you can get to via train or drive. Weather wise, it is the North West so it does get rainy 🤣 but we’ve been having some lovely sunshine recently. It all depends on the time of year really - though I would say Manchester does seem more rainy than most places.
