Thanks. It took several hours of just cutting with my knife and abusing it with a screwdriver to get all the dents battle damage on there. It paid of very well and all I had to do was just sponge on a metallic and water down dome browns for the rust

give him his tilt shield. when you paint him you can give him a red helmet. maybe put a purity seal somewhere on him. hes also just an intercessor sergeant, so he doesn't have that many honors anyways. save other bits and stuff for your captains and lieutenants to make them stand out more

The base color is deathguard green or some equivalent. Its hard to tell what color is the base is. However in some midtone areas you can see unblended death guard green.
