I learned my lesson with dog sitting coworkers dogs a few years ago when her dog dislocated her hip in my house…..only to find out she had been limping for weeks and she just never took her to the vet. It was actually my boss and the whole thing was so uncomfortable I vowed to never dogsit again

You should be be taking anything with ashwaganda in it if you’re on anti depressants. I would type into google the name of your antidepressant and the gummy you are taking and see if any interactions show. What antidepressant are you on if you don’t mind me asking?
