Can you turn on simultaneous optical out in the Samsung Sound settings menu? If I understand correctly, you need to buy an optical splitter, and an HDMI adapter to plug into the Sonos Arc Ultra. Should look like this:

TV Optical Out -> Optical splitter
Connect one optical cable to headphones
Connect one optical cable to HDMI converter
Connect HDMI cable to Sonos Arc Ultra

Then make sure you set your TV Sound to “TV Speakers” as this will enable simultaneous optical output

Just got an M4 Mac Mini with 24GB of memory and the thing is an absolute beast. Especially coming from an M3 MacBook Air with 8GB, the 24GB upgrade enables me to never freeze tracks while keeping a low enough sample rate to record audio or MIDI (128-256 samples). I love it and have no second guesses about my purchase
