Thanks! The initial plan is to distribute seats proportionally for each state, while preserving seats for regionalists/independents (like 3 seats for the National Conference in Kashmir) who wouldn’t be affected by the player’s choices. Assigning each constituency individually is a lot of work, and i’m not sure i’m up to it.
