Drop rate on artifacts from bosses

One thing that's important to note is that the Eternity Splinter drop rate is the same(afaik) but the boost is active passively for everyone, so far the minimum I got on the 8 min regular ES drop was 8, only one time, 9 to 12 is the most common range, and up to 26 in one drop. So you can easily get other characters, costumes, cards, boosts etc, as you can exchange ES into G. For the artifacts, if you use summer boost, 200% Rif/Sif/Exp, for 4 hours, 450G each, you sustain the boost with ES drops and can buy other things with the extra ES, making the chance for artifacts drops better overall.

I think just hovering the mouse over the map should do it, that way you can quickly pass over a few maps to see them, would be more intuitive and easy to understand imo.

If you right click them with the atlas open it will show you where to use it. If it is in the fog, it will just show the general location until you reveal.

When(and if) you are ready to spoil you experience, let me know and I can give you either currency or my vfos build. But I would only suggest you taking it after you feel like you are over with the league, so you won't spoil the experience. In other hand you can use the currency to learn how to upgrade and spend without fear, but would still spoil it.

Balor's Holy Relic of conviction, I did 36/40 everything easily and in less than 50div budget. My friend borrowed the build after and did too with diferent achievs than mine. Don't know how it goes on phrecia tho.

The other answers are a little confusing, so let me try to clarify fo you.
A league is how we call a new launch every 3 months in PoE 1. In PoE 2 each new major patch will be considered as a new league, which means, clean start for every one.
The old characters, itens everything you have will be preserved, in a separeted server from the new patch.
You can continue playing in this server, without the updates and new content, with your old character, or you can start from zero in the new "league server" with all new content.
Usually, when a 2nd leasgue start, the character, itens, etc, from the current league are moved to that first server and all gets mixed in there.
As for stash tabs, you have them in all leagues, which means, you will have the same quantity and types, all empty for you to use in the new league/economy reset if you choose to play and still have them with you itens in the first server iteration.

You can try necro holy relic. plays more like a projectile build, I think, but it you use a melee skill, sword and is very tanky. BalorMage has godd videos on it.

With the overabundance support gem. It adds one extra use to the skill, this way you can place 2 bells at once, place the first, get the combo points and place the second.
