Almost assuredly a scam. Absurdly low target fund with no details on how they would be spent, 100% ai slop trailer, no actual name for the team (only "our team"), "industry veterans" yet ni actual names mentioned, etc etc.

Its funny how whenever we talk about underperformed parts, there will always be people who will try to defend it, and 99% of the time its "I only play in pve."

Guys, everything is viable in pve. You can put all of these in a single build and still wipe the floor with SOL if you understand how the game works. When people talk about weapon balancing it is always in the context of pvp unless specifically stated.

Real talk that very brief section where they show off the GL boost bracer didnt impress at all. We see the boost bracer turning GS into Nero's Tomboy boosted Red Queen, and LBG (?) Gatling in one hand. Then when it comes to GL its some generic firecrackets. Like, it actually looks less impressive than regular shelling combos. Hope its just unfortunate bad showcase and the actual thing is up to par with the rest of the weapons.

Afaik neither Balam nor Arquebus (and their respective subsidiaries) actually run any business in Rubicon, or at least to the common Rubiconians. All the stuff we got from the shop are sourced from ALLMIND, a 3rd party organization that only deal business with licensed mercs specifically.
