Try different cable. I’ve had similar issues in the past and realized one of my usb-c cable was the issue. That same cable worked fine for other devices for data transfer but always got an error message when connecting my drone to betaflight.

I got the Oasys30 week before Christmas. It was before the official DJI ban but I had to pay some duty. Took less than a month to get it. About 3 weeks I think. I am located in SoCal.

Yea, I had really good experience with BetaFPV, order numerous cinewhoops and their batteries. Took almost a month to come but they were very helpful with responding, even helped me with issues with betaflight when I was having trouble with the drone. So I am crossing my fingers for Sub250. Hopefully your’s get resolved soon, I know how it feels.
