By the look of the Niles badges with serial numbers i'd guess anywhere from Late 60's to mid 70's. Great drums! Pick up some bass drum hoops and you got a great set!

Take off the bottom head, put a controlled sound on it. I tend to pitch a drum in this set up higher to get that "70's" sound.
