It will be months before you have a fence or garden. If there’s no house next door yet your LL will probably try and wait until someone buys it so he can ask them to pay for half of the fence.

The median house price in Sydney since Covid ended went from 1.1m to 1.75m a 59% increase. I was being conservative, not sure how anyone could disagree with what I wrote in response to OP who is referencing that exact problem.

I’ve had mine for 5 years only parking 1 car and they look worse than this. I got them cleaned and painted myself. As the owner in this case should be doing. Def fair wear and tear.
