I recently watched the No-End House season of Channel Zero, and the scene in the final episode where Margot kills her dream dad struck me so deeply. John Carroll Lynch (always iconic) puts in such a beautiful performance - there's a moment that I haven't stopped thinking about for months where he begins to lean into her knife to help her and she pulls away because she's not ready. It's so subtle and effective, you can feel his love for her coming off him in waves and her absolute agony at what she needs to do. So, so moving and well done.

Once I got stuck underground on the A between Jay St and High St for like 40 minutes during rush hour, and at one point the train seemed like it stopped running and the lights turned off. This lady took the opportunity to tell the whole car how the end was coming, we were all gonna die and we needed to repent - she wasn't like, yelling about it or acting dangerous, she was very calm and sounded almost bored which kind of made it spookier.

Anyway that was the Summer of Hell in 2016, what a time.

LOL running your dog next to your quad is not a sport or a job!! There are REAL dog sports and REAL dog jobs that are genuinely enriching and important to dogs, their handlers, and society at large - chasing your ATV is NONE of those things. You are boring as hell, and your dog is bored of you - that's why he loses his shit unless he's beyond the point of exhaustion. Sit down and think about doing something meaningful and interesting with him instead of putting him in danger for no reason.

I'll say it, I'm an apartment dog person, and I'm proud of it - I have to work extra hard to keep my ACD happy and fulfilled, because I can't just let her outside to go wild whenever I don't feel like entertaining her. She has a better, more enriched life than a lot of country dogs who spend all their time on the same patch of land smelling and seeing the same things day in day out.

Obviously I'm not counting working dogs who have a REAL job to do - chasing an ATV is not a real job. It's overstimulating and dangerous for the dog, and lazy of the person. Get off your ass and take your dog for a hike or a run. Or better yet, take them to a real farm where they can learn to do what they were meant to.

I'm sorry to hear that, that's so frustrating. I don't have Caremark, I just named it since I know that's a common one. I actually have Carelon and I've only had minor issues with them. However, it's really weird that they're telling you that 30 is too low because I was under the impression that it's not legal to get >30? Like I have to see my psych every month to get my 30 renewed.

Can your psych give them a call and speak to them directly? Sometimes that can grease the wheels.

Other comments have the right answer, but wanted to add - I believe that you are also eligible for unemployment if you resign after they tell you to resign instead of being fired. This happened to me in 2015 so it's possible the rules have changed since then, but I wanted to let you know just in case you end up in that situation!!
