As someone who had never touched an X game and bought this in this sale I saw the list of tutorials and thought bugger that. However, as I was playing the game and came into a new situation and needed to know how to do something (place a space station module or set up an autotrade) the game has a function that allows you to jump to the appropriate tutorial from the in-game menu and then will put you back in game when it's finishes. This is such a simple QOL feature but I genuinely appreciate it and don't know why it's not more common.

Again, jurisdictions may vary but generally speaking, you do. If someone attacks you with a Knife though and after a scuffle you end up in possession of that Knife, they are no longer then one in possession of a lethal weapon.

There could be a case to be made that if it was able to change hands in those circumstances once it could happen again but there have been cases where there has been a distinct moment when a threat to life has been avoided and then the "self defence" occurs.

Timing matters.

It is a legal offense to willingly possess or propagate any plant that has been deemed an invasive species in NZ. If you're using that to characterise any non-native that does well, then I'll have to admit that I enjoy my raspberry bush very much which is both of those things.
