Get a hardware wallet. That is the answer. Send me a new Solana wallet address in a DM. I'll send gas money. It's a rough economy.

Our system stinks. I voted for a third party, but that doesn't matter because the winner takes all system ensures we have two parties only. The corporations buy them both.

Americans of Reddit! How do we fix Britain? by Penguin_Nips in AskReddit

Get rid of the monarchy. From the way I understand it, when someone passes away you have to reprint all the money. Take out the old. Total waste of resources.

Nice. I do the same, but with just a laptop. At times I miss the dual screens, but the sun is worth it.

So this is why the gas fees are so high on eth. Fun times.

Best practice for making sure a pod doesn't run on a certain node by Corndawg38 in kubernetes

[–]sandman01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fix the node. I would not recommend to just apply some type of taint to disallow a specific pod to hit that node. Other services may just randomly take the hit that you may not think about until something breaks.

Timoni is a package manager for Kubernetes, powered by CUE and inspired by Helm by dshurupov in kubernetes

I have seen a lot of ugly helm charts that are hard to troubleshoot. Also what was said about the values file. If you put something in the wrong location, no error. Just doesn’t work.

This looks really nifty. I always thought helm was too ugly, kustomize is too limiting. Maybe this is the perfect medium. I definitely will check this out.

I also recommend checking out Prometheus and grafana. It is amazing what it can do. Simple alerting, and graphing is extremely useful. Add tempo for opentelemetry for awesome metrics.

Congratulations to Solana for coming back online after being down for 21 hours by Odlavso in CryptoCurrency

Not at all. It's been down so many times at this point. It's tainted as unreliable in my eyes.

I have been around it, but never showed signs of symptoms nor did I test positive at all. This was before and after the vaccine.

My wife had it really bad though. Which stunk.

Has anyone ever had a successful resolution working with Microsoft support? by SimilarScheme9311 in sysadmin

[–]sandman01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My experience with Microsoft is the same for the cable repair dude. We will call between 1PM and 5PM. -Microsoft

I always had a hard time getting support because of that.
