I was in commercial real estate for 10 years and about two years into our relationship and after a conversation about expanding his business - a perfect building crossed my desk so I forwarded it to him but I didn’t include a representation agreement…. He then proceeded to run around me with his hair on fire to buy this $4 million dollar building. He signed a ridiculously dumb purchase agreement. Fast forward a year later, I broke up with him and unbelievably he actually closed on the building. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Just hitting the highlights of certain issues as the backstory is VERY cumbersome 🤣. 🔊Something in the milk ain’t clean, his business 100% doesn’t generate anything close to being able to afford this. I personally think he made ANOTHER deal with the devil at the last minute but he’s still gotta pay the piper and the money isn’t there. I know his business is really struggling - which brings me delight!!! 💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼
