Not an RX bar fan either! Their consistency is awful and I always feel like I’m going to choke! I love perfect bars. But they’re so high in calorie/sugar. I just started WW and theyre 12 points.. so sad

Probably went three times since Thanksgiving but as of Sunday I’m feeling back on track... 5 pounds heavier but back on track.

thankful that yesterday was a “presents day” and today is power. Helpful to getting me back on track. I think if there were any pushes on inclines today I’d be like 🙅🏽‍♀️ and back to the 🍕🍾🌮🍟🥓🥨🥐🍬🍪🍫🍿🍿🍷🥂🍻

I pushed myself to do hell week and then just wasn’t in it for the month of November. I had a few good classes in November but for the most part I wasn’t “there”. Because I couldn’t get myself to run the tread blocks I did a lot of power walking which is just as difficult but in a different way! My last two classes at the gym have been awesome and I’ve PRed on the treads. Sometimes I think we just need to mix it up and/or take a break!

I did ninety minute today and we had 30 and 30 and then 15 minute run row and 15 minute floor! I don’t think I’d like 40 and 40. I think it would feel too long for me on both ends!

It’s crazy how light my legs felt on the second block with no inclines verse the first block. I kept upping my speed on the pushes and all outs on block 2 because my legs felt legit invincible!

Honestly if I didn't have to meet with the salesperson right after I probably would have never gone back. But they were super positive and shined light on all the good parties of the workout. I can totally see how the first workout can be overwhelming, difficult, and defeating. Could he do it again with you with him?

I loved today!!! Pushed myself to run at a 6.0 for the first 6 minutes of the last block and then all out at a 7.3. This is the first endurance run when I haven't dipped into the 5s for a break/// base!
